SBM Featured Workshop: A Better Way to Assess Exam Skills: Direct Observation and Volunteer Patients - Brian T. Garibaldi, MD, Co-President, SBM

The 2017 Alliance Skills and Leadership Conference is a three-day conference composed of three one-day precourses, which take place October 19, and a two-day meeting from October 20–21. This workshop-heavy conference will provide the keys for professional growth to help faculty and staff at any career level be better administrators, teachers, mentors, and employees. The meeting will feature plenary sessions with tangible takeaways on fostering effective team dynamics, time management, and change management.

The conference is open to all members across all career levels. Unlike previous AAIM meetings there is no association specific meeting, but there will be educational tracks to help you choose your educational path at the conference. Download the agenda to see the workshops and tracks offered.
